On sending their details, the parties in question expressly authorise the use of the same for the undertaking of periodic communications, including those made via e-mail, which BEC, or it’s collaborating companies, will use to provide information on activities, contents and services, of its own, or from clients, of trade shows, or similar events hold in BEC, whether they are organised by BEC or by third parties. Likewise, the parties in question are informed that their details may be communicated, with a confidentiality obligation, to the companies which collaborate with BEC, exclusively for operational and management purposes deriving from a contractual relationship, including their background, contents and development. BEC informs you of your right to access, amend, oppose or cancel these details by means of a letter addressed to BEC: Protección de datos, Ronda de Azkue, 1 – 48902 Ansio-Barakaldo (Vizcaya), or via e-mail to: [email protected] BEC further informs you that your consent is understood to have been given for your data to be reported to Interempresas, an organisation that is working with BEC to organise Fitmaq 2017, so that they can contact registered people and send them information on future events organised by Interempresas, with no need for any notification of first assignment unless you indicate otherwise by June 13 2017, by sending an electronic mail message to [email protected]. Once these legal obligations in regard to notification and consent have been met, BEC is not responsible for the processing of data by Interempresas, which must itself observe all the provisions in force concerning data protection.
